Coordinated Family Services
Coordinated Family Services (CFS) at Catalyst Employment Solutions provide comprehensive support to adults with developmental disabilities living in the family home. Our program is dedicated to tailoring services and resources to meet the unique needs of each individual and their family, while respecting their cultural, linguistic, and personal preferences. We assist families in navigating complex service systems, overcoming barriers to access, and coordinating consistent care across various providers. Additionally, we actively support clients in discovering, accessing, and acquiring community resources. Our goal is to foster a supportive home environment, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for both the individual and their family.
Tailored Day Services
Tailored Day Services provides customized support and engaging activities for individuals with disabilities. Our program is tailored to enhance independence, socialization, and skill development in a supportive environment. Participants have the opportunity to explore recreational, educational, and vocational supports based on their interests and goals. Our experienced staff offer guidance, encouragement, and assistance as needed, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. Additionally, Tailored Day Services support participants with vocational and post-secondary educational goals, offering resources and assistance to help them pursue their aspirations and achieve success within community integrated employment.
